How do I cancel or modify my membership?

Users may unsubscribe by dialling *123# and selecting the service they would like to unsubscribe from (in this case, MTN CloudPlay).

If you are subscribed to Daily offer, once you cancel your plan, you won’t be billed for the next day, and your access will expire at the end of the billing period (24 hours). For example, if you subscribed on October 20th at 10:00 and you decided to quit our platform a few hours later (i.e. you cancel it at 13:00), your membership would end on October 21st at 09:59.

If you are subscribed to Monthly offer, once you cancel your plan, you won't be billed for the next month, and your access will expire at the end of the billing period (30 days). For example, if you subscribed on 4th of July and you decided to quit our platform on the 9th of November, your membership would end on the 4th of December.
