How do I cancel or modify my membership?
Users may unsubscribe by dialling *123# and selecting the service they would like to unsubscribe from (in this case, MTN CloudPlay).
Once you cancel your plan, you won't be billed for the next month, and your access will expire at the end of the billing period (30 days). For example, if you subscribed on 4th of July and you decided to quit our platform on the 9th of November, your membership would end on the 4th of December.
