I don't remember my username/password. How can I recover/reset it?

Remember that your username is your mobile phone number. To login, you need to access https://www.cloudplay.co.za/ insert your phone number and you will receive your password by SMS. This password will be valid only one time. Every time you try to access, you will receive a new OTP by SMS, you will NOT have a permanent password.
