Messages “Your Internet connection seems a bit slow”, “Network connection error. Please check your connection” and “We can’t launch the game with this connection”

Our platform requires a stable Internet connection throughout the game. When the first connection to the server is established, the application checks on the quality of the connection and estimates what the gaming experience will be like. If we detect that you may suffer small cuts, or a delay in the control of the game, we will let you know. If we believe that these outages may significantly affect the game, MTN CloudPlay application will not launch the game.

We recommend you connect your Windows computer directly to your router via Ethernet cable. If you are playing from your mobile phone, try doing it near your router to rule out interference in the Wi-Fi network. If the problem persists, please close other applications that might be open (i.e. VPNs, firewalls), and try powering the router off and on.
