MTN Cloudplay is running slow. What should I do?

MTN Cloudplay requires a stable Internet connection of at least 20 Mbps. If these network conditions are not met, you may feel that the game does not respond in time or that audio/video is glitchy. To improve this situation, we suggest you close other apps that are also connected to the Internet. When possible, we also advise you to connect your device to your router via an Ethernet cable. In case you are using a WiFi connection, try to get connected closer to your router and/or switch off other devices connected to the same network, in order to improve the quality and bandwidth of your connection.

Also, make sure that VPN networks and firewalls are disabled on your device. This software slows down your connectivity drastically.
